VeriFone want to use the MX925 unit as a payment terminal on a taxi. The problem is that the terminal only has hard line Ethernet not wireless connectivity. To bring cellular connection to the terminal we work closely with the electronic engineer to add a wireless module. The iO module is a simple plug-in unit that require no wiring. We also added a USB port for customers to charge their phones and mobile devices. We engineer and manufacture the final product in an aggressive time schedule. In the end the iO module seamlessly integrates into the payment terminal both functionally and aesthetically.
